She builds high-performing, tradealigned teams and leads them with clarity and discipline, setting expectations, coaching for quality, and resolving issues quickly in the field. Fully bilingual, Manuela aligns her team’s execution with client’s expectations and objectives, ensuring risks are surfaced early and decisions are made decisively.
